You will find detailed directions below.
If arriving by rail
Get off the train at Walsden. (Note: not all services stop there, check that your train will stop).Come out of the station and cross the main road, Go down the side of Grandma Pollards Fish and Chip shop, you will see a bridge over the canal immediately ahead of you. Turn to your right just before the bridge and walk along the canal towpath. Do not cross the canal. After 10-15 minutes, you should see the polytunnels of Incredible Farm on your right. Walk the short distance towards the next canal bridge and then get onto the lane running along the canal side to your right. You should see the car park for Incredible Farm, join us there.
If you have difficulty with walking, or if you are arriving at Walsden at a popular time, let us know in case there is someone who can give you a lift from the station to the site.
By car
The postcode is OL14 6TT, SatNav is problematic when you get close. Whatever you do, don't cross the canal!
From Todmorden, follow the signs for Rochdale and go past the turn-off to Bacup, it is 2-3 miles from Todmorden Centre to site (more details below)
From Bacup, go up over the top towards Tod and when you are down the other side you will emerge under the railway line. Turn right, and it is about 2 miles to site.
Go through the middle of Walsden, you may see the railway station on your right, you are to go out the other side of town (towards Littleborough and Rochdale). Once past the Gordon Rigg Nurseries on your left. the road will rise and then fall slowly again and you may be able to glimpse the Farm polytunnels on on your left, below. Look on your left for the pallet yard (J and R Hall joinery). The entrance is just past the 40mph sign for the end of Walsden, and there is a green sign there for Halls. When you see this, turn off main road at the end of the yard and immediately before the next line of houses, into what looks like the factory yard (but on closer inspection it is also Deanroyd Road).
From Rochdale and Littleborough, 5 minutes from Littleborough, go past the football fields on your right , look for the end of the 50mph zone. You are now close. Look for a line of houses on your right as you come down the hill out of the countryside into Walsden. You must turn off to your right just before the 40mph speed signs for Walsden. Turn into the pallet yard on your right immediately beyond the houses, there is a green sign on the fence for Halls Joinery.
If you are not bringing anything heavy onto the site, please park up in the yard by the main road. The pallet yard will be vacant all the weekend, there is only limited parking outside Incredible Farm, also the road is a bit rough.
To get to Incredible Farm, continue down Deanroyd Road, in front of Hall's factory, and go round to your LEFT when you see the canal bridge, then down the little lane at the side of the canal towards the polytunnels. (DO NOT cross the canal).
