Designers' Weekend at Dreamcatcher - outline programme

The outline programme for the design groups is:

Saturday

10:00 Introductions (to each other)
10.30 Review of the Permaculture Design Process, objectives and plan for
weekend  (with Angus)
11.15 Site observation and orientation
12.00  Interview with the Foundation (the Client), general Q and A
  1.00  LUNCH
  2.00  Clarification of the brief, work groups for the weekend
  3.00   Group process starts, "Observation and Analysis" stage (Angus,
Charlotte and Leona "float", supervise and facilitate)
  6.00  Evening meal
  7.00  Housekeeping (for visitors) followed by Social (travellers tales, birthday
parties etc)

Sunday

  9.30 Group work continues, "Design" stage
  1.00 LUNCH
  2.45 Presentation of interim proposals to the Client. Response,
general discussions, integration with site concept design
  4.00 - 4.30 Departures

Peter Aston (of the LOL Foundation) will be away in Congleton in the afternoon, and some of us will stay to report to him after 4.00pm on Sunday.
